“The mysterious power of art that deeply moves a person.”

Emma madsen Tattoo & PMU Artist

I started to pursue my passion for Tattooing in the beginning of 2021. With lots of practice and learning over the years by teaching myself, I have decided to start my own business! In August 2022, I started Esthetician school and absolutely loved learning about skin! In February 2023 I decided to advance my training and go to Malibu, California to get certified in Microblading, Nano Brows, Ombré Powder Brow, Piercings and Watercolor Lip Blush! The day after I flew home from Malibu, I moved into my studio and opened up my business.

I am so grateful that I get to help boost people’s confidence and make them feel even better about themselves! I absolutely love what I do, and I wouldn’t trade it for the world! <3

All I have ever wanted to do was help people in life. When I first started in this industry, I had no clue that I would be changing peoples lives with a new set of brows.

In June of 2023, I reached out to the Director of Monument Health and had the idea of teaming up with them and offering 10 gift cards to patients who have undergone chemo. As the idea took off, I quickly changed it to “Free Microblading for ALL Chemo Patients”. I thought to myself, “Why do only ten people get the chance to have their eyebrows back for free?” Getting your brows done is a financial commitment, a luxury service, and cancer survivors have already lost so much to chemo. All I wanted was to help these warriors out by giving them back something that had been taken from them.

The week that I posted my idea on social media, KEVN came to my studio to film a News story, and two days later I had an interview to be in the Monument Health Magazine, which was released Fall of 2023. Having these opportunities has made me feel so special and it is amazing to have all of this support.

When I have an appointment with a survivor, it is completely life-changing for me. I hear about their stories and what they have overcome and I am constantly amazed by these warriors. Lots of my clients that have received chemo, hardly have gotten any of their hair back. By the time we finish up with their appointment and I show them their new set of brows, it is incredibly heartwarming for me. I can portray realistic hair strokes on clients who had gotten their hair stripped away from them during chemo. Their confidence instantly increases, their smile gets incredibly bigger, and sometimes there are even a few tears shed.

I have had numerous family members and friends that were affected by Chemo so seeing firsthand how draining and life-changing chemo was for them, made me want to do something with the talent that I have. To me, I have a small talent that pays the bills. But when I work on a previous chemo patient, I am so beyond thankful for my job. I would choose this path over and over again just to see these warriors smile at their new set of brows at the end of their appointment.
